Greek yoghurt is a really flexible product, that can be used for countless dairy substitutions in recipes. Whether you’re trying to make a recipe healthier or simply lack one ingredient, it can be a really great alternative.
Perhaps I should start by saying that I am not one to be much swayed by superstitions. Perhaps that’s why I’m not afraid to have 13 sections for my blog on superstitions!

Celebrating a ‘date night’ at home during lockdown has been really popular! With no restaurant nights out on offer, we’ve enjoyed a few Greek date nights ourselves.
