Take a culinary journey to the Mediterranean and discover keftedakia, a classic Greek fried meatball dish tantalizingly seasoned with fresh parsley or mint.

Indulge in the deliciousness of Keftedakia, a cherished Greek fried meatball dish that combines the rich flavors of lean ground beef or a blend of beef and pork. Exquisitely seasoned with fresh parsley or mint, these mini morsels create a tantalizing symphony on the taste buds.

More than just palatable, Keftedakia is traditionally served as a meze alongside ouzo, exalting it a delightful crowd-pleaser for picnics and parties. And don't forget the essential spritz of lemon before savoring each mouth-watering bite, as it both amplifies the flavor and promotes iron absorption from the meat. Im making these tonight! I am using parsley but I think mint would be so GOOD too!. Im frying them rather than doing them in an oven (some recipes do it that way) I made tzatziki and a different sauce with fig jam. TY for the recipe.
