Keep hunger pangs at bay whilst still satisfying that sweet tooth with this healthier substitution.

I know wholegrain blueberry muffins aren’t ‘healthy’ - but sometimes we all need a sweet treat, and these are a slightly healthy compromise! This is a great recipe I keep up my sleeve for those times when I need a little indulgence - they are sweet and satisfying.

On the plus side, because they are full of wholegrains (from the oats and the wholewheat flour) they don’t give that crash and burn I certainly suffer from when eating treats made from refined white flour. Give them a try!

They were amazing. I baked them 5 minutes longer because the blueberries were frozen and we let them cool (almost) before we dug in. Thanks for a great healthy whole wheat recipe. It’ll be the only one I use from now on!
