These super easy toast rolls used to be one of the classic snacks I made on every birthday party. They are super easy to make and because they are baked, you can prepare them in advance and they will continue to be delicious and fresh for hours.

Nowadays I get more creative with them and use whatever is available on my fridge for an easy breakfast solution, as well as the perfect school packed launch!
