Get deliciously creative with feta cheese and make your very own Bougiourdi - the star of any Greek meze experience!

Looking for a flavorful appetizer that's easy to make but will impress your guests? Look no further than Bougiourdi, the cheesy Greek delight that puts feta cheese front and center.

This classic dish is a game-changer, elevating the humble feta to a star ingredient that will have your friends begging for seconds. With its salty, tangy flavor and crumbly texture, feta is the perfect match for the sweet, spicy kick of roasted peppers and paprika. The recipe look delicious. However, what is a mini pepper? There are at least 8 different kinds of peppers at the grocery store.

Hey Teresa, any type of pepper will work perfectly. I typically use “sweet mini peppers” from the store, but have also tried bell peppers with great success. 😊
