This post is really interesting.. I am curious though, how can you nurse a cup of coffee for an hour - surely it must have gotten cold after 10 minutes or so??

@Stef, personally, I don’t mind my coffee getting cold. Sometimes it even tastes better over time. Frankly speaking, I don’t think a lot of Greeks pay attention to their coffee’s temperature when they’re in good company that keeps the discussion going.

There’s also another crucial detail that I should mention… Frappe and Freddo espresso, two of the most common types of coffee in Greece, are already cold. So the only worry is maybe ordering a second coffee. 🤷‍♀️😄
