Simple and tasty! This thin-battered feta pie is best straight from the oven, whilst it’s still crisp-edged, buttery, and warm.
Beat the eggs and add them in a large bowl along with the olive oil and water, and mix them.
Continue by adding the flour, salt and pepper and mix until everything is well combined.
Crumble up the feta cheese and add half of it (150g) into the batter, and mix lightly.
Butter up a large baking tray and place it in a preheated oven for 5 minutes.
Pour the batter in the baking tray and spread it evenly using a spatula.
Sprinkle the remaining feta cheese crumbs over the batter.
Melt the butter and pour it over the pie and bake in a pre-heated oven at 170°C (340ºF) for 50 minutes.
