This easy, versatile pizza bread is always a hit with kids and adults alike! It's perfect for a quick snack or to make into an amazing sandwich.
Add the lukewarm water, yeast and sugar to a large bowl. Mix it and set it aside for 5 minutes to activate the yeast.
Add the flour and salt to the bowl and using your hands or a spoon, mix until combined into a smooth dough.
Cut the bell peppers, sun-dried tomatoes and olives into small pieces and add them to the dough.
Finally, add the garlic powder, oregano, parmesan and mozzarella cheese to the bowl and mix together until they form a sticky dough.
Allow the dough to rise for 1 hour by covering the bowl with a kitchen towel.
Coat two loaf tins with olive oil, and divide the dough evenly between them.
Preheat your oven to 180ºC (356ºF) and bake for 40 minutes.
