Kataifi Cheese Pie

This kataifi cheese pie recipe unites kataifi pastry with several kinds of cheese for a Greek-inspired pie dish that will wow your dinner guests.

  • 260 g feta cheese
  • 70 g roquefort
  • 70 g cheddar
  • 50 g gouda
  • 6 eggs
  • 250 ml double cream
  • 500 ml milk
  • 100 g butter

Gently whisk together 3 eggs, pepper, and all of the cheeses (feta, Roquefort, cheddar, and gouda) in a bowl until fully combined.

Prepare the kataifi pastry by pulling it apart, and gently spreading its strands out until it is light and airy.

Utilize a small bowl to craft each pie by combining a generous portion of kataifi pastry and an ample spoonful of cheese filling.

Carefully roll each portion into a ball before transferring it to an oiled baking tray. Continue repeating the process until all of your delicious dough is shaped and on the tray!
