Add all the ingredients (bananas, quick oats, eggs, yoghurt, vanilla, cinnamon, baking powder) in a mixer and mix them until everything is well combined.
Once you have a smooth mixture, set aside and prepare a non-stick pan.
Place a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a little bit of butter.
Using a ladle, pour the batter into the pan forming a round shaped pancake.
Cook until the batter starts to form small bubbles and you can easily get under the pancake using a spatula.
Flip the pancake and cook for a couple more minutes or until it’s cooked through.
Repeat the above steps with the rest of your batter and serve with your favourite toppings.
