step 1

To begin, blend your ground beef and pork in a sizable bowl - or, if you prefer something simpler, use only ground beef or even chicken.

step 2

Gather all the ingredients and combine them in the bowl, then mix by hand until everything is evenly blended.

step 3

Wrap the bowl with cling film and refrigerate the mixture for one hour to further enhance its aromatic richness and make sure that it does not become too sticky.

step 4

Grab a heaping spoonful of the mixture and roll it in your hands to create one scrumptious, bite-sized meatball.

step 5

After converting the entire mixture into small balls, take out a plate and add a generous amount of flour. Roll each meatball in the flour until all of them are completely covered.

step 6

Shake off the excess flour and fry them in batches in a deep pan with hot oil for 2-3 minutes or until they are golden from all sides.

step 7

After cooking, let them rest gracefully on a plate lined with absorbent paper, allowing the excess oil to simply fade away.

step 8

Keep following those last two steps until every delicious piece is cooked to golden perfection, then kick back and savor the scrumptious results!
