Cut the mini peppers into small pieces after removing its seeds.
Chop the tomatoes into small pieces.
Place the peppers and tomatoes in an ovenproof dish, reserving a few for garnishing the top.
Sprinkle some salt and olive oil and mix everything together.
To assemble the dish, either place the feta cheese block over the top and center of the tomatoes and peppers or arrange large pieces of cheese to cover them.
Add the remaining tomatoes and peppers on top of the feta.
Season with pepper, chili powder, and oregano, and give it a final drizzle of olive oil.
To cook, cover with aluminum foil and place it in an oven that has been preheated to 200º C (392º F) for 30 minutes.
After cooking, take off the aluminum foil and while it’s still hot and sizzling, use a fork to stir everything together. This will melt the feta cheese completely and blend it with the tomatoes, peppers, and spices.
