Creamy Garlic Chicken

This creamy garlic chicken is a dinner made in heaven and ticks all the boxes - it's easy to make, sumptuous and hearty too. The ideal weeknight dinner!

  • 600 g chicken fillet
  • 100 ml wine
  • 200 ml double cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp pepper

In a saucepan, add the olive oil and cook the chicken for approximately 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Continue by adding the salt, pepper, paprika and garlic and let it sauté for another 2 minutes.

Add the wine and stir occasionally until it gets evaporated.

Finally, add the double cream and mustard. Stir and let them simmer for 4 minutes.
