Hi !Should I cook chick peas beforehand?
Hi Andri! If you’re using canned chickpeas, they’re already cooked, so there’s no need to cook them again. Just give them a good rinse and drain before mixing them into the veggie burger patties. Enjoy!
How many days can you pre make these patties before cooking

Fresh or dried parsley?
Hi Rob! I usually use fresh parsley for this recipe, but dried works perfectly fine too. Just keep in mind that dried herbs are more concentrated, so if you go that route, use half the amount (1 tsp instead of 2 tsp). Happy cooking!
