Pasta with Roquefort Sauce

A delicious, easy pasta dish that can be made in under 20 minutes! This pasta with Roquefort sauce is perfect for a quick and tasty meal.

what you'll need
  • 100 g vegetable butter
  • 180 g evaporated milk
  • 190 g ricotta cheese
  • 250 g roquefort cheese
  • 500 g pasta fusilli
  • 1 tbsp salt

In a small pot over low heat add the butter, contended milk, roquefort and ricotta cheese, whisk them occasionally until they’re all fully melted.

In a separate large pot, add water and salt and when the water boils, add the pasta and cook them according to the instructions in their package.

Strain the pasta and pour over all the roquefort sauce. Stir to make sure the sauce coats all the pasta and serve while warm.
