We all know that some slow-release energy in the morning can be the best way to keep those snack cravings at bay until lunch. However, it sometimes feels impossible to fit breakfast in amidst all the chaos of a morning routine! This overnight oats recipe is perfect for this - keep it in the fridge and serve up quickly, or even serve it out into a jam jar, grab a spoon and take your breakfast to go!
Prepare these overnight oats the night before - or even make enough for several days, to make sure you have grab-and-go breakfast recipes all week long. I’ve listed two flavour ideas here, but know that you can switch it up to suit your tastes, with grated apple, cinnamon and raisins, banana and peanut butter, fresh summer berries and coconut yoghurt…the list goes on.
